YouTube Vanced/YT Music Vanced

I particularly prefer the original YouTube icons so i added them again. The YouTube Vanced app can now be installed without any installer required, the split apk has been completely dropped.

To log into your Google account use the Vanced (microG) app, it is not necessary to uninstall if the app is already installed and configured in you device.
